We received excellent service from Gosselin and everyone that we communicated with along the way, the delivery was very smooth and the workers were polite and professional. Zwierzyniec, December 23, 2022 Ladies and Gentlemen, Management Board and Employees of GOSSELIN, I am very sorry that you waited so long for my opinion regarding the move from Warsaw (ul. Rakowiecka 22A, town 32) to Zwierzyniec and Wywłoczki in the Zamojszczyzna district on June 21 this year. (WAR142466). The reasons varied; first my physical ailments and then complications of various kinds. I can finally start writing a review. I must admit that I was very afraid of this move, because after nearly seventy years of living in a Warsaw apartment, I decided, together with my wife, to leave my hometown and live in my wife's hometown for the remaining years of my life. The question was which company to choose. Many transport companies advertising themselves on sticky notes stuck to street poles could not convince me and make me choose. My cousin, who moved from Bydgoszcz to Sweden twelve years ago, came to my aid and recommended your company to me as a client, emphasizing the perfectionism and high professionalism of the service provided. This is how I reached your company and made contact with Mr. Paweł Wasiak and later with Mr. Maciej Zygon. On the appointed day, a team led by Mr. Andrzej Ciborowski arrived at my Warsaw apartment, together with Mr. Rafał, Dariusz and Kamil, and two students whose names I do not remember. The loading of the equipment and unloading at the destination went smoothly with care, attention and respect for my property, for which I thank the team very much. I would like to emphasize that during the move I met Gosselin employees with high personal culture, ingenuity, intelligence and friendly attitude towards the client, and I confirm their high professionalism and perfectionism, for which I thank them once again with all my heart. For the above reasons, my assessment of the work of the team led by Mr. Andrzej Ciborowski cannot be other than the highest in all elements. As a former owner of an innovative company, I can say with full responsibility that its quality and success are determined by people-employees who perform their work on a daily basis. This is the case with any other company, so I would be satisfied if the Management Board of Gosselin granted all employees participating in my move a cash gratification for their diligent work, because they are the face of the Gosselin Company, and an additional opportunity to grant the award is the upcoming Christmas and the upcoming New Year. I don't know much about this since the goods were already packed at other origins - Overall, we are very pleased with the services of Gosselin and partner in Sweden. - There were some mistakes in going from offer to contract that were not properly corrected. More time should be spent on checking texts and content before sending proposals to customers. This problem was even more prevalent for our removal from Tbilisi in the summer.

Only thing that would have been a bit more helpful is to have an English speaker on the delivery truck. Although I know it is not always realistic to ask this in a foreign country, but it would have helped.

Communication and service was good but a serious problem was with delivery time. I was told that it will take max 2 weeks from packing to delivery and I waited for almost a month which was extremely inconvenient.

The movers were extremely friendly and helpful. It was my first time to move to a different country so I didn't know what to expect, but they explained everything, took care of all my stuff and were super quick. - Same as in Zurich - even quicker. All my stuff made it to Amsterdam safe and sound. They were right on time and helped until the last box was done. Thank you! - Next time I would directly book with Gosselin instead of booking with PackImpex. - If you move for the first time to another country, a little more information would have been helpful - as what paper work is required, what is the status, which companies are involved etc. But it has been very well organised in the end.

Unfortunately, some glassware was not packed accordingly. Otherwise, the team was very helpful, fast and efficient. The office as well was reliable and keen in assisting. They sold a few problems I faced diligently. - On time, courteous, fast and efficient. - Not knowing Gosselin, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of both teams, in Côte d'Ivoire and in Switzerland.
